I was born and raised in Montreal where I received my DDS degree in 1990 from McGill University. I moved to Calgary in 1993 where I practiced general dentistry for 10 years when I knew I wanted to specialize in prosthodontics so that I could serve my patients better and focus on aesthetic dentistry.
I received my MSD and specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from Seattle’s University of Washington. I am a fellow, examiner and previous Chief examiner (5 years) of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and I am an active member in many local, national and international dental organizations.
As a prosthodontist, I enjoy working with my dental colleagues in a collaborative approach to provide you with the best care possible and transform your smile.
I also enjoy teaching, lecturing and continually learning about the exciting field of prosthodontics. I am a published author in peer reviewed dental journals and textbooks and I lecture at both the graduate and undergraduate level at Universities in Canada and the United States. I’ve been a guest lecturer at McGill University, the University of British Columbia periodontal residents and I currently hold the title of Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington where I lecture to the dental students and the prosthodontic/periodontic graduate students.
My goal of sharing and promoting prosthodontics has allowed me the opportunity to lecture across North America at major conferences, local conferences and study clubs. I also co-founded The Canadian Academy of Advanced Dentistry and I am the Course Director of the implant residency program. My private practice in south Calgary specializes in fixed, removable and implant Prosthodontics and 30+ years later, I am still excited to get to work each morning.
