At Dental Design, we form great long-term relationships with our patients because we really do care for you as an individual. We offer emergency treatment and after-hour appointments for our patients of record.
Our policy on dental emergencies is best explained by this story:
It was a Friday night and I knew I was in trouble when I heard the crunch biting into my dinner. I broke my 3 front teeth off!!
Worse, I was leaving for England Sunday morning for a wedding and Dr. Ceyhan’s office had just closed that afternoon for their 2 week summer break!
I left a message with Dr. Ceyhan letting him know my predicament. Jeff phoned me back shortly and asked me to come into the office Saturday morning.
Dr. Ceyhan came into the office Saturday morning, alone (because his entire staff had already left for vacation) and spent 5 hours of his first day of vacation, on a weekend, reconstructing my 3 front teeth so that I could fly out the next day for the wedding.

When it comes to dental insurance; For some office treatments and from some dental insurance carriers, agreements can be made to accept dental insurance assignment if you are a patient of record of Dr. Ceyhan. Dr. Ceyhan is an expert in aesthetic reconstructions and implants. Unfortunately, dental insurance rarely pays for dental implants, and each dental insurance coverage has yearly limits that do not apply to aesthetic restorations.
Because of this, if Dental Design is unable to accept your insurance, we will always come up with a simple, fair payment plan for you and electronically submit your insurance claims on your behalf.
Dr. Jeff Ceyhan graduated from McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry in Montreal and holds a Master’s Degree and diploma in prosthodontics from the University of Washington. He is an Affiliate Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington, and he has lectured at McGill University and the University of British Columbia’s dental faculties.
